Antwan is a passionate attorney who has dedicated his career to helping victims. He began his legal career in the Chicagoland area, representing people injured due to the negligence of others, and defending insurance companies from those same types of claims. It was there Antwan realized his calling was to represent those harmed by others. After moving to Colorado, he began working as a criminal prosecutor at the Arapahoe County District Attorney’s office, where he handled hundreds of cases and conducted several jury trials. Antwan returned to personal injury in 2023, and joined Jeffress Law in 2025, bringing his skills back to the service of those wrongfully injured in pursuit of his life-long commitment to justice.

Personal Life
In his personal life, Antwan enjoys spending time with his two sons, and staying active. Antwan loves to exercise and has been a rugby player for over 12 years. In the midst of coaching his sons’ teams or playing sports himself, he likes to keep an ear to the ground on the latest technology.
Education and Background
Antwan earned his bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with a criminology certificate, from Northern Illinois University. It was through those studies, particularly a sociology in law class – a course teaching the impact of law on society – that he discovered the impact he could have, and found his passion for law. Shortly after graduating, he enrolled in law school at the Chicago-Kent College of Law. He dedicated his studies and internships to helping others: interning at the Federal Defenders office and Chicago-Kent’s criminal law clinic. Immediately after graduation, Antwan began working as a law clerk, where he conducted research on a wide variety of legal issues, further honing his legal analysis skills. In that role, he also assisted victims of domestic violence prepare protection orders. That passion for helping those in need led him into personal injury work in Illinois, and now here to serve injured people in Colorado.
